At Respirah I teach a unique fusion of restorative yoga, breath awareness and slow flow, which I have developed over almost two decades.

All classes are based on a holistic approach, ideal for balancing and replenishing the body/breath/mind connection. 

All classes are tailored to each person according to their body and specific physical needs, honouring their own process and rhythm and always aimed at cultivating nourishment and general wellbeing.

INHALE &  Flow

Slow Flow Yoga 

A slow flow practice with a perfect balance between strength and challenge, mixed with sweetness, nourishment and body-breath awareness. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted and energised, and will cultivate a deep sense of stillness and calm within. Each session is unique, honouring the rhythm of the breath and the level of experience of each participant.

INHALE &  Flow

Slow Flow Yoga 

A slow flow practice with a perfect balance between strength and challenge, mixed with sweetness, nourishment and body-breath awareness. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted and energised, and will cultivate a deep sense of stillness and calm within. Each session is unique, honouring the rhythm of the breath and the level of experience of each participant.

EXHALE &  Restore

Restorative Yoga 

Surrender to deep relaxation in this class, known for its calming and healing effects. Ideal as a regular practice, the class blends restorative postures and sequences that are designed to restore the body and mind in a gentle way, while props are incorporated to help hold the postures for long periods of time. Using the breath as your anchor, these sessions focus less on stretching and more on releasing chronic muscular tension and increasing circulation of blood to key organs.

This session blends Restorative Yoga poses and guided Yoga Nidra meditations.
